  • Tent making is often used as shorthand to describe pastors who also work other jobs, especially to earn money. It comes from the book of Acts where Paul is described as being a tentmaker.

    This particular tent was drawn by my talented sister-in-law, Tori McDonald.

But I also believe my writing has value for you. I have pastors use continuing education money to subscribe because the thoughtful, weekly newsletters are a source of ongoing learning.
